Can I attend for just one day?

Yes, attending for just one day is generally possible. However, please note that all tickets grant access to both event days. When purchasing your ticket, please indicate whether you will attend one or both days. This helps us minimise food waste.

What is included in the ticket?

The ticket includes access to both event days as well as the full programme. This covers welcome drinks, the networking dinner, all coffee breaks and lunch on the main conference day. In addition, all participants will receive a farewell package at the end of the summit.

How can I profit from a free ticket?

Free tickets are available for individuals in education, including students and doctoral candidates. A valid proof of status (e.g. enrolment confirmation or training certificate) must be provided during registration.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are partially refundable. Please refer to the official ticket link for detailed terms and conditions, including deadlines.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online. Follow the ticket link, select your preferred ticket category and complete the registration process with our Ticketing partner Organizers. Early booking is recommended, as availability is limited due to the curated nature of the summit.

Is it possible to buy multiple tickets for a group?

Yes, group bookings are possible. Companies and organisations can purchase multiple tickets as part of corporate packages (at preferred rates for groups of 5, 10 or 20 attendees). This allows teams to attend together and benefit collectively from the summit’s content and networking opportunities. Follow the ticket link for details.

What are the main topics covered at the summit?

The summit is structured around clearly defined key tracks derived from the overarching theme of decarbonising energy systems. For the premiere edition, the focus is on “Powering Resilience”, covering topics such as digital energy systems, industrial transformation, storage and grid solutions, and data-driven energy infrastructures.

What networking opportunities are available?

BadenEnergy offers a wide range of networking opportunities, including curated exchange formats within the programme, generous catering breaks and dedicated networking areas within the Innovation Village. This central hub is designed to foster exchange, encounters and informal networking throughout the summit.

What are the terms and conditions of participation?

Participation in BadenEnergy requires a valid, personal ticket and is subject to the applicable ticketing terms. All attendees are expected to contribute to a professional, respectful and inclusive environment and to comply with relevant legal and compliance standards.

This includes, in particular, respecting confidentiality of shared content, adhering to competition law, and following all safety and venue regulations. The event may be photographed or recorded for communication purposes.

How to get there and where to stay

What are the best transportation options to reach the venue?

The easiest way to reach the venue is by train. Baden is well connected to the Swiss rail network, and the Trafo congress centre is just a short walk from the station.

Are there recommended hotels or partner accommodations nearby?

A hotel contingent with partner accommodations is currently being arranged. Participants will be able to book rooms at preferred rates. A booking link will be provided in due course.

Is there public transport access from major stations or airports?

Yes, Baden is very well connected to public transport. The city is directly linked to the Zurich S-Bahn network and can be easily reached from all major Swiss cities as well as from Zurich Airport.
