Terms of Participation
1. Scope
These Terms of Participation apply to all attendees, speakers, partners and any other persons participating in BadenEnergy (the «Event»).
2. Participation & Access
Participation in the Event requires a valid ticket.
Tickets are personal and subject to the terms and conditions of the ticketing provider (Organizers Schweiz Ltd., ticket link). Any name changes or transfers must comply with the applicable ticketing terms.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to contribute to a professional, respectful and inclusive environment.
In particular, participants must:
- treat others with respect and consideration
- refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment or inappropriate behaviour
- not disrupt sessions, discussions or the overall event experience
The organiser reserves the right to take appropriate measures in case of misconduct.
4. Competition & Compliance
BadenEnergy brings together representatives of industry, technology and research. Participants are therefore required to comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws.
In particular, participants must:
- not engage in or facilitate anti-competitive behaviour or agreements
- not exchange or disclose commercially sensitive information (e.g. pricing, market strategies, confidential business data)
- act in accordance with applicable legal and compliance standards at all times
5. Content & Confidentiality
Participants are expected to respect the integrity of discussions and shared content.
6. Media & Recordings
The Event may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded.
7. Data & Participant Interaction
The processing of personal data is governed by the applicable privacy policy and ticketing terms.
Participants agree:
- to use any participant information (e.g. names, affiliations) solely for legitimate networking purposes
- not to misuse such information, including for unsolicited marketing or data harvesting
8. Security & House Rules
Participants must comply with all safety and security instructions issued by the organiser and the venue.
The organiser exercises domiciliary rights («Hausrecht») and reserves the right to deny access or remove any participant who violates these Terms or disrupts the Event.
9. Relationship to Ticketing Terms
These Terms of Participation govern conduct and participation at the Event.
All contractual matters relating to ticket purchase, payment, cancellation, liability and force majeure are exclusively governed by the terms and conditions of the ticketing provider (Organizers Schweiz Ltd., ticket link).
