BadenEnergy did not emerge by chance. It’s the result of a shared ambition between industry and the City of Baden to create a platform where technology, engineering and implementation come together to accelerate the energy transition.
BadenEnergy was born out of a simple observation: while the number of conferences on energy and decarbonisation is growing, there’s a lack of formats that truly connect technological innovation with industrial implementation.
At the same time, the energy transition is entering a critical phase. The challenge is no longer to define targets, but to develop and scale solutions that work in real-world conditions.
This is where BadenEnergy starts.
The initiative brings together the City of Baden, the Trafo Baden – our conference venue – and leading global companies that are deeply rooted in the energy and engineering sector. These organisations share a common perspective: the transformation of energy systems requires not only innovation, but collaboration across the entire value chain.
From early concept discussions to the development of the programme architecture, the founding partners have actively contributed their expertise, networks and strategic priorities. The result is a summit designed by industry, for industry.
BadenEnergy is therefore not just an event.
It’s a platform with a clear purpose:
- to connect technology, research and industrial execution
- to bring together today’s decision-makers and tomorrow’s talent
- and to accelerate the development of scalable solutions for decarbonised energy systems
The ambition is clear: to establish BadenEnergy as a European reference point for technology-driven dialogue and real-world impact in the energy transition.
